And for heavens sake…don't make viral videos. If you don't know what the Chocolate Rain or I Like Turtles references are you're watching way too much CSI, Lost, or Hockey Night in Canada. Monday's are made for laughing…it will help you lose weight and it's like built in viagra.
This guy has 150,000 views and counting…CORRECTION…drinking and viral videos might mix after all….
It's early Monday morning. Can barely speak. Too..much…fun…must…stop…crazy California madness….
Hulk Hogan walked by me yesterday when I was sitting in the lobby at the Hard Rock…yup, the actual 6 foot 6 300 pound 24 inch python carrying "watchgonnadobrutha". Being famous must suck…he had 3 bodyguards and a swarm of people orbiting him while he had a look of boredom and bloated gas pain on his face.
My brain is on overload…so much new actionable money-making ideas…it will take time to crystallize all this new stuff into my brain and into my day-to-day blueprint.
I'm leaving for San Diego for Frank Kern's Mass Control event. I'm expecting a veritable "Who's Who" of internet marketers will be there. It's at the posh Hard Rock Hotel…stay tuned for gossip, rumors, sightings and news!
I have a sore wrist from approving friends in Facebook. My list doubled over the weekend. Hi to my new friends!
The real carpal tunnel crusher came on Twitter. Howdy to my new Twitter pals!
I went looking for a Nokia phone that works with Qik. I was thinking of doing some mobile broadcasts from various internet marketing seminars that I'll be attending this month. No such luck. None of the Nokia phones in Canada are modern enough. And the data plan is $99 a month for 5 gigs…I'd blow through that in a day!
Canada has worse cell phone service than Mongolia. Not kidding.
Friday was an awesome day, and a perfect example of what I like to call Lifestyle Architecture. Once upon a time I had to get up at 6 am, race in rush hour traffic to a job I hated, sit there all day listening to other people's problems, wolf down some processed garbage in the microwave, collapse exhausted at the end of the day and do it all again tomorrow.
Then I learned the secret…this was my day on Friday.
8:30 am. Woke up to the sun, no alarm clock.
8:30 - 9:00 am - shower & shave, Frosted Mini Wheats, cup of coffee
9:01 am - Arrived at home office
9:01- 10:30 am - Leveraged my 1st "Ultradian Sprint". Wrote a 4 page interview outline for my guest on my Thursday podcast, hammered out the finishing touches on my Wednesday podcast script, and booked a 3rd podcast for next week.
10:30 - 11:00 am - Went outside to drop my car off at the dealership for service, grabbed a latte, an energy bar and walked around a bit.
11:00 - 11:30 - answered 7 emails that had been flagged by my assistant for personal attention
11:30 - 2:30 - went to the gym, trained jiu-jitsu for 90 minutes and wrestling for 30 minutes. Had a protein shake and a shower.
2:30 - 3:00 - 30 minutes in my massage chair, with light and sound machine listening to subliminal affirmation tape, woke up energized!
3:00 - 3:15 - meal #4, banana, almonds and 12 oz of water with nutritional supplements
3:15 - 4:30 - second "Ultradian Sprint". Edited video for upcoming product launch, wrote 5 emails for launch sequence
4:30 - 5:30 - tea time with my wife, herbal tea, cheese and crackers, relaxed and hung out and watched Young & Restless together
5:30 - 7:00 - dinner, Indian food called chicken marsala and rice (my wife is an awesome cook!)
7:00 - got made up to go downtown for a concert
7:45 - 11:00 pm - walked onto the floor of the Air Canada Center, 12th row center aisle for Alanis Morissette and Matchbox Twenty! My wife LOVES Rob Thomas….man, did we have a good time…an excellent day!

This video is by Alanis off her record "So-Called Chaos". It's entitled "8 Easy Steps". Listen closely to the lyrics…
I've been holed up in my arctic bunker working on videos for the launch of my new educational system launching in March. I have 3 case study videos where I interview clients in editing, and 4 screen-capture-style ones blueprinted and nearly done. I'll be releasing them in the next few weeks, so stay tuned for that.
I've been burning the midnight oil getting all this stuff moving, and I needed to let off some steam…..turn it up.
