The One Word That’s In Zero Affirmations

I’m sure the most common words in affirmations are all so beautiful. Like ‘love’, ‘freedom’ and ‘joy’. Here’s one word you’ll never see.

Why Affirmations Aren’t the Easy Way Out

If you’re hoping affirmations will work like magic, you’re in for a shock. Here’s why they’re not the easy way out.

If You Don’t Succeed, Affirm and Affirm Again

Politicians repeat themselves a lot – have you noticed that? It’s not (just) because they like the sound of their own voices. There’s a powerful affirmations principle at play there.

For certain individuals… Well, they want the change all right. But they don’t want to do anything to get it.

Your Heart’s Desire? Or Your Mind’s Expectations?

Here’s a story that’d be cliché if it weren’t so tragic. If this is the story of your life, you’re not alone.

Affirmations Aren’t Supposed to Be All Fun and Smiles

Do your affirmations feel like hard work? If not, great. Keep on doing whatever you’re doing. (At least, as long as you’re getting results… ) If you’re finding it strangely difficult to do this simple exercise, do this.
